Hello, I’m Anna, an online coach, passionate about helping people to find a better and happier life and offering this help to everyone, who feels the need for change and is ready to make positive changes. At times, almost everyone of us might find life challenging. Overcoming challenges is part of our journey and a perfect opportunity for growth and self-development. I invite you to discuss your concerns, to address your questions and to look together for solutions in a safe and supportive environment of individual online coaching sessions. You can expect a nice mix of coaching, psychology and some spirituality*. Through various techniques like mindfulness, visualizations, CBT** tools, self-help and development techniques, we’ll work together to uncover some limiting thinking patterns that might hold you back and stand in your way and to develop new and more functional approaches to life.

Une Approche Holistique du Bien-Être
It is my believe that health and life should be approached holistically, including all aspects of the self – the body, mind, spirit and emotions. The extent of our well-being reflects, how much we honor, take care of and balance the various aspects of who we are. Each of these parts of ourselves influences and nourishes the other and contributes to the richness of our life experience. We experience the world and interact with it through our body. Body can also be viewed as a temple of the soul. So, keep it pure and clean and take good care of it by providing healthy food, sufficient exercise and rest. Our minds can influence our emotions and shape our perception of the reality. It is said that there is just one reality, but endless ways of seeing it. Keeping your mind clear and still helps to perceive the life with clarity. Practices such as meditation and mindfulness help to reduce stress, improve mental and physical health, find inner peace and balance, increase our awareness and support our spiritual growth. Spirit is often seen as our true essence beyond material existence, a spark of life that animates our physical being. We can nurture and cultivate our spirit through various practices (read more in the section Spirituality).
